Many times , when a player joins your IGI-2 Covert Strike server, the player gets kicked with an error shown on screen ' CD Authentication Failed' . Unblocking Ports / Port Forwarding

Port Forwarding or Unblocking ports is the process by which we allow wanted traffic from the Earth Land Servers . This allows your IGI 2 server to be visible in the Server List and your Server to be accessible to everyone.

If this process is not done by you, your server may not be visible in the Server list or it may be not accessible by anyone or it may show ' Not Responding ' while joining it .

IGI-2 MP Sever Running

Networkconfig.cfg is a file present in the 'pc' folder of IGI 2 , which is loaded while running a Server . The performance of your Server depends on this file .

It is a bit hard but is easy to master , you must know your real Internet speed to configure the networkconfig.cfg correctly .
